Mantis Swords offers an answering service for placing phone-in orders. Their hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 10-8 est. and Saturday 10-5. Their phone number is 1-888-660-9673. Mantis Swords operates a 10,000 sqft. warehouse in northern Maryland.  We are sorry but we do not  have a showroom open to the public. 

Placing orders on our site or through the mail.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept US money orders, personal or company checks and cashiers checks. If mailing in payment, please print your name, address, daytime phone and items to be ordered on a blank piece of paper.

Make checks and money orders payable to: Mantis Swords All checks are held for 10 business days before products are shipped. If you would like your products quicker, we suggest sending a money order or cashiers check. Please include your name, address and items ordered and mail to;

Shipping:

We offer UPS ground, Three day select, Two day air and Overnight services for all US States. All APO, FPO and international orders are shipped USPS EMS (United States Postal Service Express Mail Service) or USPS Priority. Shipping time is normally 72 hours to ship then  4-6 business days in transit. USPS EMS is traceable, USPS Priority is not. 

All packages are insured and orders over $500.00 will need a signature. Shipping charges appear on our ordering page. This page will appear once you click on the Check out button. There is a cancel button at the bottom of our ordering page if you need to cancel your order while in the process or are just checking shipping cost.

UPS Three Day select is a priority service not a guaranteed service. We do not issued shipping cost refunds if the package does not arrive in three days.

UPS does not guarantee overnight or second day air packages if the delay is caused by inclement weather or natural disasters. We do not refund shipping charges for packages that arrive late due to the above statement.

USA orders being shipped to P O Boxes are shipped on Tuesdays, we only visit the post office on Tuesdays.

Notice

Three Day Select, Two Air and Overnight orders must be received by 2 pm. EST to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 pm. EST will be processed the following business day.

International Orders:

We ship to most countries around the world. Below are the countries that we require payment via a US money order and do not accept credit cards from; New Zealand, Romania, Russian Federation,  Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Ghana  and all of Africa. 

We here at Mantis believe strongly in our products, and as part of that belief, we warranty our products against all manufacturer’s defects (workmanship and or materials) for a period of one year from the date of customer purchase (we extend this guarantee to the original invoiced customer only). This warranty also applies only when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed, and does not apply to damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, negligence, and normal and/or excessive wear and tear.

We will return any item bought on our site within 30 days. The item must be unused and returned in its original inner and outer boxes (pertains to swords). Swords must include the cleaning kit and cloth bag if applicable.

Any items that are returned without the inner and outer carton will be declined by Mantis Swords and returned to the customer

Items that arrive damaged: 

Mantis must be notified via email within 48 hours

Please notify us via email but do not return it to us. We will place a claim with UPS. UPS will then come and inspect the package within 96 hours. The customer will need to keep the original exterior box for inspection. 

Item is not what you expected or wanted:

Notify us via email. Please include your name, order number  and shipping address in the email. Send item to address below at customers expense. Upon receiving, we will inspect and issue a credit to the same credit card in which order was placed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
